In order to properly size your bra selection, you will need
to determine your bra size and cup size. You shouldn't be wearing any undergarments when taking your measurements.
Measuring for Bra Size
Measure around your rib
cage under the bust #1 in diagram below. Make sure that the tape is held firmly but
not too tight, try to make sure that you're breathing out.
If the tape measurement is even then you need to add on 4" (10cm) to
the measurement given. If the measurement is odd, then add on 5" (13cm).
For example, if you measure 28" around, then add on 4" and if you
measure 33" you'll need to add on 5".
This will give you your bra size.
Measuring for Cup Size
You need to place the
tape measure around your bust at the fullest part shown as #2 in the diagram below.
The difference between this measurement and the bra size measurement
will allow you to calculate the cup size.
